⁃ The month of Ramadhan is a time to reform ourselves individually and communally.
⁃ The month of Ramadhan gives us an opportunity to feel the pain of others and to be concerned of the less fortunate in the society.

⁃ Imam Hussein(a) had to change his hajj to Umrah to preserve to sanctuary of the Kaaba, after his life was under threat, showing the importance of those grounds.
